2. Purpose
These terms define how we sell, ship and handle the use of the products available on our website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms without reservation.
3. Products
INKON products are temporary tattoos for decorative use only. They are not medical products.
Each product is presented with detailed information and images. While we do our best to reflect reality, product photos are non-binding and for reference only.
4. Ordering
You can place an order directly on our website. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that:
You’ve checked and validated all order details (items, prices, delivery address, etc.),
You’ve read and accepted our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email. INKON reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or misuse.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in USD or EUR depending on the version of the website, and include all applicable taxes.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price charged will always be the one shown at the time of your order.
6. Payment
Payments are secure and processed via trusted providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
We do not store your payment details on our servers.
7. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location, shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, or other events outside our control.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
A refund is issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or applied tattoo products.

9. Warranty, Liability and Skin Safety
Our products match their descriptions and are intended for external, cosmetic use only.
Important: before applying any tattoo, you must perform a patch test.
Cut a small piece of the tattoo and apply it to a discreet area of your skin (such as the inner wrist). Wait at least 24 hours and check for any redness, irritation, itching, or swelling before proceeding with a full application.
Even if you do not experience an immediate reaction, be aware that skin sensitivity can develop over time with repeated use. A product that initially causes no reaction may trigger irritation or an allergic response after multiple applications. For this reason, we strongly recommend a gradual approach: start with small tattoos, apply them one at a time, and always monitor your skin’s response before increasing usage.
By placing an order and using our products, you acknowledge and accept the following:
You are solely responsible for testing the product on your skin before full application.
You understand that skin reactions, including delayed allergic responses from repeated use, are possible.
You agree to use the product progressively and to discontinue use immediately if any irritation occurs.
SemTats LLC, dba INKON, cannot under any circumstances be held liable for skin reactions, allergies, irritation, or any other adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of its products.
This includes, but is not limited to, reactions caused by sensitive skin, overuse, failure to perform a patch test, application on damaged or irritated skin, or prolonged exposure.
If you have known skin sensitivities or allergies, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before using any temporary tattoo product.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our site (images, texts, logo, the INKON name, designs, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Reproducing, distributing, or using any content without permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Disputes
If you experience any issues, please reach out to us at hello@inkon.co and we’ll do our best to resolve things quickly and fairly.
If needed, unresolved disputes may be brought before the appropriate court depending on your place of residence.

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is the one published on the website at the time of your order.
